On Monday August 29th we lost a proud Beirut veteran, husband, father, papa, and friend. MSgt.  Ronald Jones (retired) passed away after a long tough battle with cancer. He fought every day with everything he had, but sadly this battle was one he could not win.  He went peacefully and is no longer in pain. He was with 1/8th Marines and served the Marine corps proudly for 22 years.
